some good news

The fanfic chain finally updated. I get another chapter to myself and then there's another chapter after it. I admit that it may not exactly be the best thing I've ever written, but it's fun. I love communal writing. Love it to bits.

Jessie took away the TV today. No more VCR. No more DVDs. No more Adult Swim. Ok, that's not good news, really. But there is a TV in the back lounge, so that just means I won't be able to use "But Futurama is on!" as an excuse for not doing my homework. Or, well, I will be able to, but it'll take more of a concentrated effort.

Am going home on Monday and will be back Wednesday. The funeral is Tuesday. This, also, not good news.

I'm sure it will be a good one (I seem to be doing the Roman thing the last few years of having a celebration drag out several days with several people, different meals and many presents all over the place). Though you need to be here one of these years. We'll really make it a bash then...togas, tons of eating, music and whatnot.
