I didn't get any sleep but my finals are done.
My backspace key wants to say hello to everyone. It has been popping up at the most inconvenient times. Shush, you.
RESULTS:
Sociology: BSed my way through half the questions. Used the term "patriarchal oppression" for the first time in my life where I wasn't being ironic. Feel dirty, in that patchouli way. Will miss my prof because he's really kind of a cool guy, just too hippie to be logical.
Science Fiction: Teacher said "Time Is a Wave and a Particle" was brilliant. I feel good. I love postmodernism more than any other movement, even Dada. It is my squishy alienated love. It doesn't care, though, because it's postmodernism.
German: Oh my god who the fuck cares. The most important thing is that I wrote a slash fic with Rudiger and Herr Koslowski and it helped me memorize the question words. And I also traumatized
diraskyria with my dirty dirty German pr0n.
Psych: Totally aced it. I love my Psych prof. She's awesome and she likes me. She told me that if I want to get into a graduate program, there are some schools that will waive your tuition and will actually pay you to be a TA. I did not know that.
pinglederry, upon reading this, will be happy to know that I am going to start writing
spacematchbook again. I went on a hiatus for a little while for school. Now I have no school. I can write.
Right. I think I'm not fit to interact with people tonight. I am terribly sorry.
I leave you with this bit of doggerel. Feel free to add to it.
Said H.P. Lovecraft, "See this book?
The truth is strange--you'd best not look."
Said Philip K. Dick from his private hell,
"There ain't no truth, so you might as well."

Date: 2005-12-16 06:19 pm (UTC)Hey, if you feel as if you'd like to get me something for the holidays (please don't feel obligated or anything), I'd love some more Lovecraft (particularly whichever books have all of the Cthulhu stuff in them).
Anything specific that you want (besides a pony)?

Date: 2005-12-17 06:57 am (UTC)Specifically, I have been coveting movies with Jeffrey Combs. Particularly "Bride of Re-A" and "The Frighteners."
Maybe I will get you a tentacle pony. Those are pretty nifty.
