...made from caucasians! Yeah. Probably someone just lost the original wrapper and couldn't tell cheddar from provolone from Philidelphia cream, so they just decided to use a simple descriptor. It would've been funny if it had said "White, Square, Somewhat Firm Cheese." But then you really wouldn't have wanted it, would you?
