kleenexwomanI finally got onto Oasis and found my final grades.
Astronomy: B. Disappointing but understandable, as I didn't do too well on the observing project. (We had to memorize the stars. I know Orion, because it's easy to find, and that's about it. But I can ramble on about stellar evolution and black holes for days if you let me.)
Computers in Society: C. I'm relieved; I thought I was going to flunk. I hated that class. Could barely bring myself to do the work. I must have done very well on the exam.
Creative Writing: A. Didn't expect anything else. I just wish I knew exactly how well I did on that final.
Mass Media: A-. Why a minus? Probably because I skipped one assignment that involved watching the local news and I had no idea when the Mt. Pleasant stations did theirs. I don't watch that much TV up at college, mostly Adult Swim.
Library Science: A. Not surprised. That was a fun class. Fun, easy, and short. But it's only one credit, so I'll have to take a summer class at OCC to make up for it. Maybe algebra.
Final GPA: 3.23. Not too bad. Mom even said she thought I did good for my first semester.
