...cuddles and lots of writing. Writing is therapeutic. Esp revenge fantasies. At least, at first. Then taper them off because that becomes obsessive. You just want one or two to get the emotions out and dealt with. Like vomiting. You want to throw up those emotions to get the poison out and then you can move on. And eventually your stomach settles back down so that you can once again enjoy food.
