It's a good thing that I can't post to Livejournal from work, because your friendlist would be filled with the most inane shit on the planet. The very insight I've just shared with you, for example, was the product of two hours arranging pepperonis (Little Caesar's finally called me in before Taco Bell bothered to get me on the schedule, so they WIN).
Oddly enough, when I came home, the update screen was blinking at me, and those words were typed on it. Maybe I can post from work from my mind. Maybe my telepathic abilities are enhanced in the presence of pepperoni and an imminent paycheck. Bring on the fortress of pizza! With enough greasy sausage slices, I will be able to control the world.
In absence of better thoughts, here = a survey.
My username is Rachel Weaselbooger because it's close enough to my real name to work for the people who know me, but not close enough so that people who don't already know it can figure it out. Also weasel + boogers = funny.
My journal is [now] titled Fuck You, I'm A Robot because "Fuck you, I'm a dragon" + "I, Robot." Anyway, I've found that it's a good mentality to use as a coping mechanism when things get very dull or stressful at one of my crappy fast-food jobs--temporarily imagining oneself as an automaton, in a "Sorceror's Apprentice" sort of way. Petty little revenge on the system.
My subtitle is [now] No, this is not a bad dream because I was doing a fun little mental wander trying to work out a subtitle to go with being a robot. Something about electric sheep seemed reasonable, but I couldn't think of anything clever enough, so I ended up going with a line from Pink Floyd's "Sheep" that nicely sums up my attitude towards...being a pretend robot.
