Sorry if I didn't give the impression of liking Re-Animator, I wasn't exactly all that awake at the time. I really did like it, especially the deleted scene with Herbert and the re-agent. Something about drug use by a character like him always fascinates me. *shrug* Am asking my aunt for Re-Animator and Bride of Re-Animator DVDs for Christmas, so I'll have it eventually. ^___^ And hey, I can watch movies like Hannibal without turning a hair (in fact, I tend to be grinning evilly the whole time), so I don't think I'd throw up at the 'gory' parts. ^___^
I'm really that insightful? *feels loved* I do try. Be online sometime so I can share all the new ideas that article in New York Times (the one that I called you about) gave me for the BttF fandom. For example, a question: Lorraine tends to be either rather oblivious or non-existent in all of the BttF slashfic that I've read so far, but I really don't think she's that stupid. She had a huge crush on 'Calvin' back in the 50's and she almost had sex with him (besides the fact that he gave her the idea for Marty's name); it doesn't quite ring true that she wouldn't recognise Marty almost as well as George should. The question is, how does she fit into George and Marty's complex relationship? Is she suspicious? Resigned? Willfully ignorant? Perversely fascinated? Another idea - what about the moment when it went from simple childhood physical contact, innocent touches, to something more? That one moment that you wish you could take back as soon as it happens, because you know nothing will ever be the same again...
In other notes, Have you asked your dad about driving us to Ypsi for New Years? Because that would rock, if it's possible. Although I don't want to seem pushy or anything (god forbid).
