It's more of a day-to-day, cultural-assimilation, be-good-to-your-neighbors-'cause-we're-all-in-this-together thing. God is there, but he's more an idea than anything else.

This may of course be complete heresy, as I have not studied theology with any great degree of depth; but even still, it's what I've gleaned.
