Yes... it's about a boy who goes to a weird circus (shades of Something Wicked This Way Comes) and ends up becoming the assistant to a vampire performing in the circus. It's easy reading, but sort of insidiously creepy... how can you not love a series of books that includes a snake-boy, a killer spider, and the line "And then they buried me"?

I keep meaning to write fanfic for it that doesn't suck, but I'm so easily sidetracked...
