Ah well, if you're at all interested, the one with many Weasleys is: tainted_sky_, and the other one (that I play Hermione in) is on GJ: Finite Incantatem (http://www.greatestjournal.com/~firp). The second one has just started, and the mods are still pretty much up in the air over what it's really about, so perhaps your idea for Percy would best fit in there, although the first one still has a lot of flexibility as well.
