it's epilogue_rpg, but as I've said, it's been dead for quite a while. But there are tons of HP RPG communities out there :D Like, the two that I'm a part of *cough cough* Both of which are devoid of Percy. One even has most of the rest of the Weasley clan, and I even play Arthur (as well as Snape). So there'd be much more for you to do.
