Actually, this one's pretty easy, and unlike most other people sitting at that table, I'll give you a straight answer not filled with metaphysical hoo-ha.

Your energy is chaotic, in general. Shifting constantly. There's a simple explanation for this - so is your mood, your thoughts, and where you're directing your energy. Your brain moves a mile-a-minute, and you carry a LOT of stuff on your plate at any time. This is generally your "aura," or your "energy."

To wit, this is why I claim to have a "static," "grounded," or "stable" energy - You'll notice, when you got a bit overwhelmed, who was there for you to be calm, centered, and strong enough to be leaned on? Your tree/girlfriend.

Yours jitters like an ADHD squirrel because that's generally what your mind is doing. Mine sits still and reaches out to others around to make sure they're happy... and if they're not, only then does it move. See?
