I had a very helpful friend figure out my proper size, but that was a few years ago and I've, er, shifted. I think the fact that my undergarments shred and warp so quickly anymore is because I have a really old washing machine that sometimes puts holes in things :( I've had bras that have kept their shape for years, I just don't fit them anymore.
