There isn't a blaxploitation werewolf movie the same way as "Blacula" (interesting idea there, tho - I had one about werecats vs werewolves, and they both end up getting slaughtered by wererats, who are more perfectly adapted to living in the city), in fact the only black werewolf I can think of off the top of my head is in "Full Eclipse".
